          "review_body": "The phone is in perfect condition. The shipping was fast, the phone arrived the next day. No hassle required to switch over if you still have your sim card. I popped my sim card out my malfunctioning phone and into the iPhone 11, worked instantly. The sim card changing paperclip is in the pocket with the apple sticker, not in with the sim card. I didn't find it until after having to get creative and using a button pin.  Photo may look a little weird cause I'm leaving the plastic on the screen till my phone case arrives.",

          "review_body": "I ordered an iPhone 11 from Walmart.com.  The next day a package was delivered to me from the store.  Instead the iPhone that I ordered, the package contained two air fresheners.  I called 800-walmart and they told me to return the merchandise to the store for a refund.  At the store they could not accept my return because it was not the correct item in the order.  I am left with two air fresheners that I did not order and do not want.  And Walmart refused to give me a refund.  \nThe merchandise for my order obviously was switched by a Walmart employee whether it was deliberate or by mistake, and I have no remedy to recover this loss.  Walmart's lack of integrity is not acceptable.  I need to warn others to think twice when they are ordering anything expensive from Walmart.com.",

I was told by straight talk that it was because it was not properly scanned out so they could not activate it. I returned to Walmart and they said they could not process the refund and I would have to contact Walmart support. They also kept the phone and would not let me keep it. It’s been 2 months now, and still no refund and no phone. It’s pathetic. Do not buy phones from them or expect their customer service to do anything to help.",

The phone did not fully come equipped with all that was needed to activate the phone. Its passed 14 days so I can't return the phone.",

My phone wasn’t scanned properly so I couldn’t hook it up when I got it and when I took it to the nearest Walmart for help, they acted like I was a huge pain and didn’t know how to help me. Finally, I convinced them to credit me back the phone and then re-sell it to me to scan it properly.",
