Search Zap Imóveis listings by city or search URL. Returns prices, IPTU, condominium fees, rooms, and pagination (1 credit).

Credit cost: 1 credit per call

Transaction type. Used when query is a city. Ignored as a path builder when query is a full URL.

  • sale: for sale (default)
  • rent: for rent

Aliases venda, aluguel, buy, and rental are accepted. The response uses sale or rent.
