Read one GSA eLibrary contractor record from the contract URL returned by search.

x-api-key<token>Your API key. Include it in the x-api-key header for every request.
query*stringRequired. The contractorInfo.do URL from a search contract row. A contract number is also accepted, but GS-07F-0239T alone currently returns 404 because GSA needs the contractor name that search includes in the URL.
